Madame Tussauds Launches P. Diddy Wax Replica

Diddy’s wax replica, which was dressed in a white tuxedo jacket and black pants, was unveiled at Madame Tussauds Museum in New York on Tuesday, December 15.

Music mogul P. Diddy is the latest celebrity who gets wax treatment after some other music performers, like Snoop Dogg, Usher and Notorious B.I.G. just to name a few. The 40-year-old hip-hop singer attended the launching of his wax replica at Madame Tussauds Museum in New York on Tuesday, December 15.

Spotted sporting a sharp gray suit, Diddy met his wax statue which was dressed in a white tuxedo jacket and black pants. He was accompanied to the event by his mother, sister, nephew and son Justin. Speaking to MTV about his wax, he said he had to stand still for three hours in front of the sculpting team while they captured his likeness.

He, moreover, gushed “I went with the most recent likeness of myself. They wanted to do me live, how I was. It wasn’t like I could give them an old shot. What you see is what you get. This is the first time I’m seeing it. It’s to my liking. It looks very realistic – one of the more realistic ones.”

Posing with his replica, Diddy took a moment to rub the figure’s mouth and kept smiling. “I wanna thank my mother, she was the originator of the wax figure,” he jokingly stated. “It’s hard to explain looking at yourself like this,” he continued. “They did an excellent job.”

Brandy Launches Rap Career As ‘Bran Nu’

R&B singer Brandy recently launched her new career as a rapper on Timbaland’s new album Shock Value 2.

Brandy created the new rap alias Bran’ Nu and rhymes under the alias on the track “Meet in The Middle,” which is taken from Timbaland’s album, which hit stores Tuesday (December 8).

Timbaland tapped Brandy for her rhyming ability after he saw a video of the singer rhyming on YouTube.

“What I’m doing on the album is a little bit different than what everybody knows me for. It was a great experience. I got a chance to be another part of myself,” Brandy said in published reports.

Former Outlawz Member Launches New Television Show

The Outlawz broke out onto the music scene under the friendship and guidance of Tupac until his untimely death in 1996. Now, more than a decade since his passing, one of the members is stepping back into the spotlight with a new project.

Mutah “Napoleon” Beale has been proverbially absent in music and heavily engrossed in the Nation of Islam.  Now all eyes are on him as he ventures out with a new television show to educate the masses on his widely misunderstood belief.

Beale will launch “Napoleon TV” on December 1. Named after his former Outlawz rap alias, the television program will air in Europe and North Africa on Sky’s “Up & Coming “channel where Beale will introduce “top celebrities to Islam” and explain verses of the Quran.
According to Beale, his religion is being grossly misrepresented and he told Al Arabiya News that he hopes to use the entity to educate people on Islam’s “whole” and “peaceful” nature.

“It seems like here in America the media is attacking Islam in every way possible, so I decided to use the media to give people an understanding about the true religion of Islam, which is whole and peaceful.”

The “Up & Coming” channel will also air his documentary “Life Of An Outlaw.” Expect that to be “interesting,”  as well as, it’s being produced by Mike Epps.
