New York rapper Jim Jones was arrested today (March 30) for driving on a suspended license, according reports from TMZ.
An amateur cameraman on the scene captured footage of what appears to be the Dip Set head being cuffed and searched by officers.
As of press time the Diplomats rapper remains in custody. No more details are available as of press time.

Pro Football Talk, a blog of NBC Sports, reports that Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant has been sued in Dallas by a jeweler “who allegedly produced several custom items for Bryant in 2010.”
According to the suit, the blog says, “A+A Diamonds, Ltd. d/b/a Rafaello & Co. alleges that Bryant received $267,000 worth of jewelry — and that he has paid only $21,000.”
Bryant, of course, made national headlines just last week over his troubles at NorthPark Center.
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was ejected from an upscale Dallas shopping mall and given a criminal trespass warning from off-duty police officers Saturday after a dispute over the sagging pants worn by him and some companions.
A Tuesday police statement says Bryant and three companions were involved in an incident at NorthPark Center where security asked them to pull their pants up because their underwear was showing.
Bryant, however, told ESPNDallas.com his pants were up but some of his friends’ pants were down.
“It really wasn’t me in the wrong,” Bryant said Tuesday. “It’s not even an issue.”
The Dallas Police Department said in a statement that Bryant and his friends were not in violation of a law, but that he was issued the warning for not complying with a police request.

GARLAND, Texas — Police in a Dallas suburb say Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Aqib Talib has turned himself in on a warrant accusing him of firing a gun at his sister’s boyfriend. Garland police said Talib was released after posting a $25,000 bond Wednesday. Police say they believe Talib and his mother, Okolo Talib, shot at the man March 21. The man was not injured. Authorities had issued arrest warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for Talib and his mother.
