CEO Of NOHO Offers $1 Million For Unreleased Tupac Skakur Song!
Jay Grdina, CEO of NOHO, the anti-hangover drink is willing to pay $1million for the rights to the unreleased 2Pac song that is playing in the background of the sextape according to TMZ.
Grdina wants to use the song as the official theme song for SOHO.

Afeni Shakur Plans To Sue Anyone Who Tries To Release The Tupac Sex Tape!
A spokesperson for Tupac’s estate told TMZ “we will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape.”
The estate is trying to figure out the identities of all the people in the video, including the female performing a sexual act on ‘Pac.
Afeni is said to be prepared to fight the release of the tape tooth and nail.
“Get the legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out.” Afeni reportedly said.

Bidding War Over Tupac Shakur Sex Tape
A sex tape involving late rapper Tupac Shakur has surfaced. Now the owner of it is trying to sell it to the highest bidder.
According to TMZ an offer of $150,000 to acquire the tape has already been made by adult website, YouPorn. Another XXX website has vowed to beat that figure, but only after they view the footage first.
The owner of the tape thinks the 150K offer is too low. They are willing to hold out until they get an offer they can’t refuses.
The tape reportedly shows Shakur receiving oral sex from an unidentified female while he raps and sings.

Jimmy Henchman Denied Bail & Pleads Not Guilty!
James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond appeared in Brooklyn federal court yesterday (June 21st), where he pleaded not guilty to a variety of charges stemming from an indictment accusing the mogul of distributing multiple kilos of cocaine.
Rosemond, who runs Czar Entertainment, was arrested yesterday in New York, after being a fugitive for over two weeks.
Due to his flight risk, a judge denied Rosemond bail and he is currently being housed at the Metropolitan Department Correctional (MDC) Facility in Brooklyn, New York.
When agents arrested him yesterday, Rosemond was carrying five BlackBerries, an iPad, two false drivers licenses and a fake passport, published reports said.
During the arrest, DEA agents found a plane ticket and learned that Rosemond was planning to leave the United States for the Bahamas on June 24th.
According to a new criminal complaint that was unsealed yesterday, Rosemond was dealing drugs as recent as May 11th.
A confidential witness named Winston Harris allowed agents monitor the mogul’s e-mails and even wore a wire during one of their alleged drug deals.
One of the correspondences reportedly shows Rosemond setting up a deal to sell over a kilo of cocaine in Brooklyn, but he couldn’t execute the deal, because he car was not working.
Rosemond is accused of being the leader of a large-scale narcotics trafficking organization, that dealt hundreds of kilos of cocaine since at least 2008.
Rosemond’s lawyer Jeffery Lichman vowed to fight the charges levied at the rap mogul, who is also being accused of helping to set up the murder of G-Unit associated Lowell “Lodi Mack” Fletcher.
Fletcher was shot and killed in the Bronx, apparently in retaliation for smacking Rosemond’s son in March of 2007.
“This indictment was built on the backs of witnesses that have been threatened and bribed by federal prosecutors,” Rosemond’s lawyer Jeffery Lichtman told The Wall Street Journal. “And I plan to expose all of it. If the government wants a fight, they’re going to get a fight.”

Jimmy ‘Henchman’ Rosemond Arrested After Long Manhunt!
James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals at the W Hotel on Union Square.
According to the New York Daily News, Rosemond was hiding in plain sight at the posh hotel where the rooms can run $1,000 a night and the opulent features include in-room spa treatments, goose down pillows and 24-hour room service.
The Czar Entertainment head tried to bolt the Manhattan hotel but was tackled by marshals Tuesday morning, and chipped a tooth when he fell, officials said.
He is due in Brooklyn Federal Court later in the day.
In addition to the drug charges, Rosemond is accused of witness tampering and obstruction of justice, authorities said.
Last week, convicted killer Dexter Isaac claimed Rosemond ignited the East Coast-West Coast rap wars that left rappers Tupac Shakur & Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace shot to death.
Jimmy Henchman’s Goons Charged w/ The Murder Of A G-Unit Associate!

As Jimmy Henchman’s criminal activities are unfolding, the Smoking Gun has uncovered another murder carried out by his deviant cronies.
Rodney Johnson, 37 and Brian McCleod, 40 have been charged with the murder of Tony Yayo associate Lowell Fletcher a.k.a “Lodi Mack.” In 2009 Lowell was killed in relation to the assault of Henchman’s 14-year-old son two year prior outside of 50 Cent‘s management firm.
Fletcher plead guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and spent two years behind bars for the assault on Henchman’s son and unrelated narcotics charges. Two weeks after being released on parole Fletcher was ambushed by several men in the Bronx, who shot and killed him.
In a superseding indictment unsealed late last month in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, the two men were accused of killing Fletcher. Rodney Johnson is charged with plotting with unnamed conspirators to kill Fletcher. McCleod is charged with agreeing to carry out the homicide in exchange for narcotics.
Prosecutors and Drug Enforcement Administration agents believe that Rosemond headed the group’s East Coast operations.
Henchman’s lawyer released a statement in response to his involvement.
“The only ‘evidence’ tying that murder to Jimmy Rosemond is the uncorroborated word of a criminal seeking to get out from under a lengthy jail sentence. Prosecution witnesses have been bribed and threatened, solely in an effort to convict Jimmy, a target of the US Attorney’s office for years.”
