Keri Hilson’s Bathroom Beauty Shots!

Keri Hilson handles her dirty business in the men’s room in these racy photos taken by Gomillion and Leupold for her sophomore album No Boys Allowed (Dec. 21). The blonde vixen stretches across the urinals in a black-and-white-striped American Apparel leotard and black heels while holding her lipstick like a cigarette. In additional images, she strikes a sexy pose in the restroom stall, checks her “Pretty Girl” swag in the mirror with her gang of girls, and takes it to the streets.

Are you hot for Miss Keri’s bathroom beauty shots? Post your thoughts and look out for Rap-Up TV’s interview with her next week!

Redman Takes Shots @ Def Jam!

https://i0.wp.com/knoxnation.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/redman-4.jpg

In a recent interview with XXL, Redman explained why Def Jam are not the leaders they use to be:

“Well [now], Def Jam are not leaders. They’re not leaders plain and simple, because it’s changed. They’re not leaders like they used to be. In the ’90’s they were leaders. They were the label that you considered the mechanics of hip-hop; they’re under the car. They were the ones under the car getting greasy, getting dirty, fixing that muffler that drags when everybody loved that sh*t and was following it.

Now they’re playing the follower. They’re followers, they’re not building artists no more like they should. And that’s just the game. It’s not they fault. We got into the Internet world and sh*t is moving fast and came so fast and came so quick that labels couldn’t exist, but still they got the money and they’re a company. They’re supposed to adjust. I think they need to get that going. Being a label, being on top.

The rapper also said artists’ self-promotion has hurt record labels like Def Jam.

“Yeah they have to play catch up,” Red added. “They have to catch up now. The way the labels were ran back then in the ’90’s. We had tapes and even from studio equipment a lot of people weren’t prepared for that, like getting rid of their 24 track reel tapes. So yes, it came up quick on a lot of labels with this viral [thing] and [now] you’re able to do songs in the comforts of your own home.

They shutting studios down, you can get known through Facebook or whatever. You don’t have to wait for a label to put you out now, so yes I think the labels are shut down a little bit and sizing down a lot.”

Do you agree with Redman?

Shots Fired : Big Chuck From Poe Boy Records Speaks About DJ Khaled & Officer Ricky Declares Victory Over 50 Cent…

305 hiphop reports:

This comment was posted on Poe Boy’s Big Chuck Twitter page on Tuesday night. Our sources suggest Chuck is talking about DJ Khaled’s Birthday Party at Mansion were many of the industry’s key people were supposedly disrespected by not being allowed through the doors. Our source claims that even media who were invited to go inside and cover the event weren’t able to go inside. Alongside the many disappointed bloggers, photographers, and reporters stood Poe Boy’s E-Class but we hear he took it in stride and just smiled. Even though it is a very credible and reliable source, we hope the source wrong because it is extremely shocking to know that one of Miami’s Hip Hop pioneers was kept outside.

50 Cent’s sales for his latest studio LP Before I Self Destruct were disappointing for a 50 Cent release. The G-Unit President sold 161,000 copies of the project despite his tireless promotion.. Now after the sales numbers, Rick Ross is declaring victory over him. Rick Ross took the stage with DJ Khaled for the 305 DJ’s birthday celebration. Before performing his hit “This Is the Life” from Trilla, he spoke on his nemesis’s poor sales week stating,

“So we celebrating my nigga birthday, but we’re also celebrating the demise of a pussy. R.I.P. to the donkey, we buried him. It feel good, nigga. Don’t look surprised, you knew we was gonna do it. There’s only one record that can describe the feeling.”

50 Cent has yet to respond but we all know it won’t be long before he does.

Canibus Sending Shots At Eminem…

https://i0.wp.com/blogs.sohh.com/on-the-scene/cannibus.jpg

“If Proof was alive, he’s be dying inside.  You ain’t no Hip-Hop messiah, you a b*tch cause you dissed Mariah.  Sh*t like that, supposed to be private.”

It looks like old wounds heal slow as Canibus has set his sights back on Eminem to release another diss track at the Detroit native.

Rumored to be titled “Pop Killer,” the rapper, alongside another rapper known as DZK, digs up the past beef as he goes in on Mr. Mathers.

“I’ma fry you on behalf of Mariah and Michael, put you back on dem drugs, make you suicidal.  You can’t shut the record down, n*gga it’s viral.”

For those that don’t know the history, beef between the two reportedly started back in 1998 before Shady was even signed.  Em states that he was approached by Canibus and Wyclef Jean and was asked if he wrote the lyrics to LL Cool J’s diss track “The Ripper Strikes Back” which he denied, but added that Bus was rude with him.

Bus later tried to apologize for the incident by showing up at the Warped Tour in 1999 and asked him to rap along with him on the track “Phuck U,” but Shady turned it down, allegedly because he felt the track was a diss to Cool J.

Shots were allegedly fired initially on The Slim Shady LP and escalated once Canibus did his own version of “Stan” from The Marshall Mathers LP where he saved the life of the title character.  The two continued to spar with each other up to 2002.

“He’s a devil in a red dress on MTV.  He signed more Black people than a basketball team.  What you tryna say subconsciously, you can’t ride the beat like me.  Consciously, you know I’ll rock you to sleep.  Slim Shady, you a coward cause you scared to rap with me.  The only Black man you respect is 50.  And the greatest rapper of all time was dead right and dead wrong, you shouldn’t even have been on that song.”

Artists such as Royce Da 5’9” have started to weigh in on the attempt by the rapper to wage war once again.

RT@dopeboySHAKE: ‘I’ll be brief and let me just keep sh*t simple, can-a-b*tch don’t want no beef with slim?  Noooo’

Wherever the random diss came from, only Bis knows, but Em is one with quite the track record with battle rap.  “Warning” shows that he isn’t afraid to throw a woman under the bus and his relentless references to his former wife Kim shows that he knows no bounds and can see no boundaries.

Engaging countless battles in his career ranging from Everlast to Cage to Ja Rule to Jermaine Dupri, the white rapper has earned his stripes in the battlefield.  Good luck.

“I remember the first time we met, I ain’t even like you.  Walking around my video set like you was in high school.  It must excite you seeing Black people being tribal.  That’s why Dr. Dre signed you.”

Foxy Brown Takes Shots @ Lil Kim & Angel Lola Luv On New Song “Off The Muscle”

XXL Reports

Foxy Brown recently resurfaced, taking shots at longtime rival Lil’ Kim on the new track “Off the Muscle.”

On the song, which popped up on YouTube [listen below], Foxy Brown makes an obvious reference to Kim’s appearance on the ABC series Dancing with the Stars last May. She raps, “Catch me at Marcy at the mall/ But muthafuckas will never see me dancing with the stars/ Never, will I embarrass my borough/ I’m too thorough/ Dark skin bitches, we here now/ I swear now/ Ya’ll bitches wanna be me so bad/ Ya’ll studied my whole swag.”

Although Foxy Brown and Kim haven’t taken shots at each other in a while it seems the tiff might be fueled by the fact that both femcees have reported that they’re working on new albums for next year.
