You all heard the reports last week (from our pals over at TMZ) that rapper Lil Wayne was hit with a PATERNITY SUIT from the grandmother of an 8 year old boy who Lil Wayne ALLEGEDLY fathered in 2002.
Well MediaTakeOut.com EXCLUSIVELY got photos of the young man, named DWAYNE JR. And we have to admit . . . we can definitely see the resemblance . . .

Lindsay Lohan’s Raunchy Pics In Muse Magazine…
Lindsay Lohan is probably hoping to shock her fans in a raunchy new menage a trois photo shoot in the December issue of Muse magazine. Lohan posed in bed with a male model and dancer Sofia Boutella during the photo shoot at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles.
Photos show Lohan, who’s been linked with a string of men after splitting with gal pal Samantha Ronson, flashing a breast and romping naked in bed.Photographer Yu Tsai told Page Six: “When I asked Lindsay to do a shoot, she jumped at the chance. It was all about her being sexy. When I suggested adding another girl, Lindsay invited Sofia, who is a friend and a dancer for Madonna.”
“The three of them were very sensual and provocative, but Lindsay understands this piece was created not for any sensational value other than artistic integrity,” Tsai said. “There was never a discussion about pushing the boundaries. She was totally comfortable with the nudity as long as it had artistic integrity.”
“She is stunning and radiates in the pictures. Lindsay is incredibly focused where it comes to her career and fashion is her passion. It’s raw, it’s exposed, this is her at her best. She told me: ‘I want to make this iconic.’
For what it’s worth, I don’t buy a word Tsai uttered. This photo shoot – like everything else that is Lohan’s existence – was for no other purpose but to keep her in the public eye. Even more shocking is how unsightly she’s become in such a short time. The blond hair, mounds of makeup and the drawn features almost make her look surreal.
But I recognize Lohan’s popularity and I’d be remiss if I didn’t seize upon that for this Web site’s benefit. Hey, I’m a realist and Lohan is good for business.
Behind The Scenes Pics Of Jay-Z’s “On To The Next One” [Video Shoot]
Jay-Z has begun filming another music video, this time around to support his single “On to the Next One”. Three photos from the video shoot have come out via Jay-Z World, featuring three diamond girls and a stunt girl in tribal make-up jumping to the air. “On to the Next One” samples Justice’s 2007 song “D.A.N.C.E.” and features verses from Swizz Beatz.
Also coming from the production hands of Beatz, the track is taken from Jay-Z’s latest studio project “The Blueprint 3”.
Most recently, Jay-Z is rumored to take the stage of London’s Earls Court on February 16. The rap mogul reportedly will perform a medley of his hit singles at 2010 BRIT Awards. “Jay-Z is confirmed as one of the key performers. In weak years there have been problems securing the big international artists. But knowing Jay-Z is there will help to secure other big acts now,” a source revealed.
