A couple in Indiana turned themselves in to police Thursday night on charges of having sex Sunday afternoon in a community pool in front of children and other witnesses.
According to reports, 33-year-old Myron Helms and 40-year-old Victoria Cross were booked at the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department for misdemeanor public indecency.
According to a Connersville Police Department report, witnesses told cops that Helms and Cross had sex for 30 minutes in the pool at the Roberts Park Family Aquatic Center.
The pair’s alleged trysting was observed by dozens of onlookers, including several minors.
